Hi friends:Are you planning an event and looking for a fun way to engage your attendees? Rolling out a new initiative and you need to get your employees on board? Then take a couple of minutes and watch this video where I show you examples of how you can do just that with a custom solution that we create for you!Below are 4 examples of how we’ve done it. We know it will spur ideas for you. To see images of these, watch the video.
- One of Intel’s committees approached us to help them create an experience for the attendees during their admin appreciation event.
That’s when I came up with this custom idea, presented it to them. They loved it and I brought it to life. Meet their “Star Wall”…A wall that greeted the attendees and encouraged them to write what their star power is. That thing that sets them apart from everyone else. They wrote it on a removable star. Then took pictures with it and when the event was over they took their star. Placing it in their cubicles, homes, etc. It was a huge success and the attendees loved it.
- This is why when one of our construction companies saw what we did they immediately wanted it for their safety conference.
We tied into their safety theme by creating a “Safety Hero Wall” including A safety hero mascot that tied into their branding. The attendees wrote their safety hero strength on a custom shaped hard hat branded with their company logo. they took pictures with it and again took their hard hat with them when they left reminding them to always be safe and of this fun event.
- We also created A custom version of this for Intel when they wanted to create a “Success Wall” to get their employees to engage with and remember their new initiative that was just rolled out.
They wanted to be able to place this on large whiteboards that were in areas where the employees congregate. Posting a question of the week that they’d swap out weekly. Reminding them of the words that this initiative used and they wanted them to remember.
- Intel is having a giving back event where they are writing 1,000 cards to Blue Star Moms. They wanted to get their employees more engaged and make the event even more memorable and talked about.
After seeing what we had created in other areas of Intel, they approached us to create a “Gratitude wall”. A place for their employees to say what they are grateful for. They asked for a gratitude tree to be designed on the wall and the employees would write on individual leaves. The leaves will then be placed on the tree. Pictures can be taken and then they can take theirs when the event is done.I’d love to hear what you think. Did this inspire you to think, how can I use this for my next event and at my office? Each one we do is completely custom and we can make it any size and shape that you give us to work with.Reach out to us and let us know how we can take your event to the next level with one of our custom walls that live on long after the event is over.
